Corporate objective:
Humana Pharmacy was looking for an elevated brand voice and increased volume of marketing copy. The goal was to promote digital self-service, acquisitions, and improve the customer journey.
The Plan:
An in-house team of content strategists, visual designers, and copywriters will create:
weekly health & wellness articles
bi-weekly social posts
quarterly newsletters B2B and B2C
scheduled email reminders and text alerts
Created a voice that could make complicated health care topics a simplified and accessible throughout the experience.
My role:
Research and create copy for Humana Pharmacy marketing campaigns for each of those platforms.
We were able to increase the open and click through rates which translated to an increase in e-commerce sales throughout 2019.
