Corporate objective:
Humana Pharmacy put together a small agile team to create the optimal user experience for a new acquisition flow. The design was to be intuitive, user-friendly, and eliminate the identified pain points to reduce user drop-off rates.
The Plan:
A small team of designers, content strategists, copywriter, product lead would conduct user research, create an update sitemap, create a new acquisition flow, and design an optimal user experience. The design would be presented to top executives and key stakeholders to pitch a platform migration and site update.
My role:
I was tasked as content strategist and copywriter for this project. I assisted in identifying current pain points and friction areas of the current site in order to create a new sitemap and user experience. Developed an update user flow and create the updated brand voice, tone, and copy for a new site.
